Sorry Iris...I forgot that you wouldn't know what these things were. RS stands for Relief Society. At my church, Sunday school is in two parts. A group meeting with everyone, the men and women together and then a second part which is what we call Relief Society. It is just for the women and is much more than just Sunday school. You develop friendships and they have all sorts of get togethers like park play days, craft night, game night & you can always count on them in times of need.
Nursery is like a playgroup for kids 18 months to 3 years old. After 3 the kids start Sunday school. They have it so that the parents can enjoy going to Sunday school sans kids. It's pretty cool, if you can get your kid to stay in there. They play and have snack and sing songs and read stories.

Sounds good to me! They do try to teach a lesson in Nursery, but yeah, that rarely succeeds :)
