Boys will be boys - cont.
So I just got off the phone with Customer Service...after waiting on hold for 35 minutes he literally has my problem fixed in less than 2 minutes. Aaaarrrggghhh....so frustrating. Especially considering I just had to change the video input and I could have fixed it myself. What a dork I am....
