Arizona

Tomorrow Mom and I are leaving for Arizona. We are going to attend the wedding of Christine Klein's oldest daughter. I am excited to see everyone...especially Gabriella. She hasn't seen the baby yet, and I think the last time I saw her was at Dad's funeral. So that will be nice to see her again.

I really am ambivalent about going, I wouldn't care either way. The reason I am going, is because my Mom asked me to go. I enjoy these road trips that she and I take. It's always fun. She's happy this time that I won't be bringing my girls...we went to visit Anita in September with the dogs and Mom says that was "some trip". Funny...I thought it went great.

Today, I am busy doing laundry and trying to pack. I will also be making a little extra food to leave Leonard in the refrigerator while I am away. But I must say, the biggest thing I was hoping to get out of the way today was a dirty diaper from Leonard. Unlike Lisa's shiny surprise that she found recently in Jonathon's diaper, I was looking for a pink Sweet-n-Low packet which "arrived" today. Whew! I laughed when she made that post and thought to myself how I had yet to deal with such a situation. Well...that's what I get for laughing.

So, that's it from me until next week. Thanks for reading!

I CANNOT BELIEVE she didn't tell me about this! She knows I love any excuse to go to Arizona! I guess that's what I get for not keeping more in touch with ABUELA! BOO! HOO HOO!!!

That was pretty funny about the Sweet n Low! KIDS. Hope it goes well and if you read this before you go-GIVE our LOVE & HUGS to all those Uruguayans from us! Have FUN!

I'm sure the trip will be heaps of fun. Like you, I'm often ambivalent about road trips -- it always seems like a lot of trouble for a little visit -- but they always turn out great.

My best to the Arizona contingent. Be sure to give everyone big hugs from me. I miss them a whole super lot.
