Every single day counts with kids. Every day that passes brings a little more growth with Leo. Today...he finally conquered the jungle gym at the park. He's had his sights set on being able to climb up onto the platform at the base of the jungle gym. It leads to a set of stairs which leads to more platforms and of course slides. He does fine once he's on that bottom base platform, he just wasn't able to climb up onto it. Well....today was the day. He finally figured it out. He was able to climb and wiggle his little self up on to the platform and subsequently, took off like a rocket up to the highest slide. Luckily, he waited for me to join him before going down. I think it's a little intimidating for him yet. But I know it won't be long before he conquers that one too.
Last time we were at the park was Monday. See what a difference a day makes.

No kidding! You went down the slide too?!!! I bet that was a great Kodak moment! A day DOES indeed make a difference in the life of a little boy. He's going to keep your cardio workouts up even with out you having to go to the Gym with his spirit of adventure!
Love little boys. They are the BEST. It was funny cuz when I had Jacki-she was such a tomboy. Still is. Enjoyed your comment on Ben's surfing pic. He's so funny isn't he? I have more of you too! Will post some next week. Hugs.
You need to take a camera with you to these adventures! :) I would love to see you play with him :)
Holy cow. That boy has the soul of an adventurer. Before you know it, he's going to be joining us on backwoods snowboarding trips.
