Disgusting

So at 10 weeks pregnant, I am still very sick and throwing up a lot. I've found that exercising, in spite of how tired I am, makes me feel better and less nauseous. I don't know why that works, but so far that's the only thing that has worked. Well, I had to miss my workout yesterday and was again unable to get there today so I knew I was going to be more sick today than I have been in the last 2 days. Surprisingly, however, I was feeling pretty good...and then Leo pooped his pants.

I was so grossed out. I was trying to dump the pieces from his underwear into the toilet when lunch spontaneously came up. So I am throwing up into a toilet full of poop and all I smell is poop which is making me gag and throw up more all while Little Leo is watching me. I manage to get it together because LL is watching me. Who wants your 2 year old to watch that?

So what is he doing now? He is standing at the toilet making puking sounds and pretending to throw up and get sick...At least now I know what I look and sound like, and quite frankly, it ain't pretty.

haha gotta love 2 year olds. At least you amused him and didn't freak him out...

And I'm so sorry! I know the feeling. I hear preggy pops work pretty well - you can get them at Babies R Us. I never tried them so I can't tell you from experience... I heard about them afterward.

That sounds awful. I'm so sorry you had to go through that.

P.S. Your son cracks me up.

HOLY SMOKES!!! What a freaking nightmare. I feel bad that you have to go through that.

You know....Lisa takes some prescription that keeps her from puking. She says that as long as she takes it while pregnant, she does fine. You might like to ask her what it is because frankly, it sounds like you could use some help.

Hang in there!

Oh man, I so don't miss those days. Jonathan watched me barf many times, although he never mimicked me, lol :) He laughed at me a couple of times, though, like when I was walking around the kitchen trying to get his breakfast ready and dry heaving as I went. I think he thought I was trying to be funny... :/

I'm glad that working out seems to help! I never tried that, haha :) Preggo pops did help me--in fact I have a ton I wish I could just give you. And I'm on Zofran, which you know I love. If you feel like it's interfering with your ability to function normally, seriously don't be afraid to ask your doctor for some medication to help. I tried to be buff for so long because I felt like a wimp compared to friends who threw up 11 times a day. But I really wasn't able to do the basic necessities of taking care of Jonathan, and I'm so glad that I got the medicine.

Good luck!!!! Hopefully it'll end soon :)
